Following on from the success of our previous showhouse we are delighted to announce that our new permanent showhome at illieston Castle Steadings is now open. The feedback received has been fantastic with everyone very impressed with the quality of the finishes and workmanship, the level of specification and the great attention to detail in creating this luxurious contemporary home.

Kenny will be happy to arrange a convenient time for you to view our permanent showhome at illieston Castle Steadings and see first hand the quality and specification of the homes we build.Our designer bathrooms and kitchens really have to be seen first hand to be fully appreciated. Once you have viewed the kitchens and bathrooms in the showhouse you can start to add your personal touch to the property you are interested in. A large range of Porcelanosa tiles are available at the showhome for you to choose from and there are computer generated pictures of all the bathrooms we are building. Computer generated pictures are also available for the kitchens along with sample door/drawer fronts and granite/technistone worktops. Alternatively an appointment could be made for you to meet with our kitchen designer at Kitchens International the UK Master Kitchen Retailer of the Year which is only 1 mile away.

Where to find the new showhouse -
Langmews, 11 Illieston Castle Steadings, Broxburn, EH52 5PD
From Edinburgh head west on the A89 to Newbridge roundabout. Take the A89 towards Broxburn and after about 1 mile you will pass through the arches. Carry on to the roundabout just passed the jet petrol station and take the first exit to stay on the A89. Take the first road on the left (just after Keyline) and follow the road into the countryside over the M8 bridge, under the railway bridge and over the canal bridge. Carry on the road to Muirend Farm. After the road takes a sharp turn to the right at Muirend Farm carry on for aboout 100 yards to Muirend Cottage and turn left into Illieston Castle Steadings and follow the private access road for about half a mile passing the cottages. You will then come to some farm buildings on the left with a sign saying Langmews No 11 to the left. Turn left at that point and follow the gravel road past the farm buildings to the large white/grey building. The entrance to the showhouse is in the middle of the white/grey building. There is a sign at the door saying 11 Illieston Castle Steadings.
From the west, take the M8 to junction 1 Newbridge roundabout and follow the directions above. From the North, take the M9 to junction 1 Newbridge roundabout and follow the directions above.
